"Fabiola, I understand your frustration. We understand how important it is for you to receive the vehicle tracking device to take advantage of the Drive Safe and Save program's discounted rate. However, I want to assure you that we’ve done everything in our power to resolve this issue for you, including verifying your address and sending the device multiple times. Unfortunately, it appears that the delivery process has been delayed due to postal service challenges, which is beyond our control. We confirmed that the beacon was delivered on August 17th and October 21st but understand that it may have been missed or discarded. While we cannot apply the discount until the beacon is installed in your vehicle, we are working to get it to you as soon as possible and the delivery expectations with the United State Postal Service are out of our control. We’ve already shipped the device for a third time, and I hope you receive it without further delay. We also offered the option of picking it up in person at our office, but we respect your decision to decline. Please know that we are here to help and are committed to resolving this matter. Once again, you're more than welcome to pick it up if you're having trouble locating the mail sent to the confirmed address. This could help expedite the process if you'd prefer.
