ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the insurance industry as a Sales Leader, where I developed a passion for coaching others and building successful teams. I'm a graduate of Florida A&M University, have been married for 17 years, and have two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family.
Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm actively involved with Rotary, several Chambers of Commerce, and serve on multiple local boards. Building relationships and making a positive impact in our community are core values of our agency.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
